Warning after star’s £5m MRSA pay-out
A BOLTON solicitor is warning hospitals they could face a surge of new superbug claims.
The alert comes after former Men Behaving Badly star Leslie Ash won a record £5 million out-of-court settlement after she contracted MRSA while a patient at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
People who contract infections such as MRSA and Clostridium difficile while in hospital could now feel more confident about making a claim against the NHS, according to Stephenson’s Solicitors, based in Silverwell Street, Bolton.

My Son was infected withMRSA at the hospital.I Find out information after requesting his medical records.The Doctor also damege and repair a medical divice that he had.I ask so many time for help…….. they knew all the time ! He has an oncoming sugery to remove the back inplans becouse of the infection…..I feel this People are hiring something!!!!! This sugery was done on Oct.2008. He has been in continues Medication…..but it looks this bactiria just get strongere!!!Please!!!Can some one help me,PLEAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
